That’s Bambooable
“That’s Bambooable,” is BambooHR’s first campaign under our new creative platform. The work centered on communicating a clear promise: powerful enough to solve real HR problems, yet easy to use—while elevating the brand and building a repeatable system that could flex across scenarios. As lead designer, I was responsible for early exploration and ideation—finding an elevated look and repeatable structure—then carrying the concept through to polished, production-ready OOH and paid media creative, establishing a consistent visual language for future campaigns.
More than do-able…
I also partnered with an animation/motion agency—joining brainstorms and providing creative direction on look and feel, including texture and brand details, to ensure the final spots stayed aligned with BambooHR’s visual system and didn’t drift from the campaign’s intent.
Utah Campaign
Presented here are static and animated banner concepts I created for BambooHR’s Utah Campaign, our first step into broader sports partnerships in our home state. As lead designer, I developed a suite of in-venue banners for a BYU basketball game, using After Effects to animate messaging and integrate the BambooHR logo for high-visibility placements. This work established an initial visual approach for expanding reach through future sports activations.
Year In Review Landing Page
Presented here are selected mockups and deliverables from BambooHR’s Year in Review (2023 & 2024) campaign—a multi-touch initiative that transforms product and customer insights into an engaging, themed visual story. I led the design of the visual system and core assets, using our beloved mascot as a narrative guide to bring the story to life and make the data feel approachable. I translated key metrics into clear, on-brand visuals across landing page layouts, social ads, email assets, PDFs, slide decks, and swag—ensuring consistency and scalability across every touchpoint.

pAID sOCIAL
These paid social ads showcase how I partner with copywriters to translate campaign goals—whether content, brand awareness, or product features—into clear, scroll-stopping concepts. I design batches of creative variants for testing, exploring different messaging angles and visual approaches (positive vs. negative framing, icons vs. illustration vs. photography, and text-led layouts) to understand what resonates and why. Throughout the process, I prioritize accessibility, inclusion, and brand consistency while balancing storytelling with performance-driven iteration.

These are vector illustrated assets, highlighting and celebrating where our employees work from and reinforcing BambooHR’s commitment to supporting teams from anywhere. I designed a cohesive, scalable illustration system in Adobe Illustrator, sourcing select elements from Adobe Stock and recreating key components from scratch to ensure consistency, originality, and brand alignment across every state.
